I was a corporate trainer. I worked for a large corporate entity and taught handymen how to install our product. There were a number of tricks I had picked up over the years and I was able to explain them to these new installers and enabled them to do a faster install which lead them to make more money. I had several installers that graduated my week long class that called me many times with questions or for advice on maybe a better way to do the job. I would Face Time with them and help them out.

Then, family members would call and ask for help with a project and did the same thing. C & K are family members that I was able to help with very limited phone time and the shower was completed. This situation has been repeated many times with an assortment of people. I know YouTube is very helpful, but limited. Especially when they content creator does time lapse or cuts out all the ‘boring’ parts. What happened during that time? I can be there to help you through all of it.
